Interior Designer

Develop design concepts, technical drawings and material selections for residential and commercial projects from brief to handover.
Responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into design concepts, mood boards and space plans
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D visuals and detailed working drawings
- Source and specify materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures
- Coordinate with the project team on site feasibility and buildability
- Present design proposals to clients and revise based on feedback
- Maintain design documentation and material libraries
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in an interior design or ID&B firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; 3ds Max or Enscape an advantage
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes and local contractor practices
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet submission deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
